Sodium sulfite is colorless monoclinic crystal or powder, easily soluble in water, a common sulfite. Commonly used anhydrous sodium sulfite is white crystal or powder, soluble in water, aqueous solution alkaline, strong reducing agent.
Anhydrous sodium sulfite is divided into industrial grade and food grade by application.
Storage：Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. This product is deliquescent and long-term storage is not recommended.
